108 Sun Salutations
Come join me for this special event at Winter Solstice.
To celebrate the return of the light, I would like to invite you to join me on this special journey of practicing 108 sun salutations.
The practice it the perfect opportunity to go beyond your normal limitations and discover your potential. Sun salutations open and energize the entire body, bringing more energy into the system, leaving you feeling more focused and stronger.
The number 108 is considered highly auspicious in many traditions and yogis practice 108 sun salutations on special occasions such as this.
The event will be made up of 108 Sun Salutations A. We will practice in sets of 12, break to for some stretching, drink some water and recollect. All is possible and all is good.
All levels of practice are welcome to join, and please don’t worry - you don’t have to do all 108. If you feel your personal limit has been reached, you can relax with some tea in the tearoom.

Drink plenty of water the day before the event and don’t eat 2 hours prior for your body to be at it’s best.
