Soften the body and mind in this special Yin Yoga class paired with Thai Yoga Massage.
Long-held Yin Yoga postures guided by Stefanie will release and soften the connective tissues of the body. While holding these Yin postures, Jessica will use techniques from traditional Thai Yoga Massage to promote a deeper release in the tissue and to enhance the energy flow in the body. Thai Yoga Massage is a manual therapy with a focus on tissue health and the energy channels within the body. Through stimulating and opening these energy lines, Thai Yoga Massage releases tension, restores balance in the body and creates a feeling of relaxation and well-being.
Please dress in comfortable, loose fitting clothes which allow you to move freely into the poses without restriction.
Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one from the studio.
