Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient full body treatment which relieves muscle tension, improves circulation while bringing the body into alignment through massage work, acupressure points, and gentle yoga stretches. You will discover how to give, and receive, from a place of pure innocence, joy, and ease. This work creates a profound healing that comes from mindful and compassionate physical contact. The practice is fully clothed with no oils.
During this workshop, we will guide you as you take turns with your partner to massage and stretch each other and apply all of the exercises learned during our 90 minutes together.
No massage or yoga experience needed.
Massage/exercises will be performed on the floor
Bring a partner, spouse, sister or friend etc, or we are happy to find you one in class.
