A fall-themed healing gathering with crystal bowl sound baths and breathwork. Enjoy cacao offerings, intention setting, gentle breathwork, Reiki and acupressure, sound healing, and a healing circle. Bring a yoga mat, journal, blanket, socks, and an optional pillow.

Art of Breath Workshop

A wonderful way to experience breathwork as a group. An intimate workshop limited to six people, where we begin by exploring intention and learning a breathwork technique you can practice at home, then move into a deeply restorative journey of breath, Reiki, and sound. The small group allows for personalized attention and creates a safe, supportive space for connection, insight, and healing.
